Our team comprises of highly experienced solicitors and estate agents, each with their own areas of specialization. Will Cowie, who joined us in 1994, is a key figure in property law and general practice. Jane Ferguson, with her extensive experience in litigation and mediation, is a trusted advisor in court-related matters. James Hotchkis runs our Nairn office and is renowned for his work in property conveyancing, commercial and development law. Jamie Whittle, who is also a part-time lecturer in environmental law, specializes in environmental and planning law, commercial law, and renewable energy. Mary Kay and Monica Main are our property specialists, with Mary heading our Residential Conveyancing Department and Monica managing our Nairn office's property transactions.
