At Kent Criminal Law, we pride ourselves on offering a unique and dedicated service to those facing criminal allegations. Unlike many firms specializing in criminal law, we do not hold a legal aid franchise. This allows us to provide a discreet and confidential service to all our clients, regardless of their eligibility for legal aid. Many of our clients have had no previous dealings with the Criminal Justice System and feel that they have landed on a conveyor belt. We understand this can be a daunting experience, which is why we strive to make our advice honest and robust, working tirelessly to achieve the best possible outcome for you from the moment of instruction.

Our services include criminal defence, regulatory law, and motoring law. In criminal defence, we offer a free initial consultation to discuss your case and the way forward. We perform all work on a 'fixed fee' basis, ensuring our clients know exactly where they stand in terms of the cost of their defence for each stage of the process. For regulatory law cases, we have significant experience dealing with various prosecuting authorities, including local authorities, HMRC, and in matters such as fly-tipping and benefit fraud allegations. In motoring law, we have considerable experience in dealing with traffic law cases, often instructed by other firms to represent their lay clients at court.

We understand that it can be difficult to attend appointments during conventional office hours, which is why we offer early morning and evening appointments, as well as Saturday mornings. We also provide the option to take your instructions and prepare your case via electronic communications or video conferencing if travel to our offices isn't possible. Our office is situated in Ramsgate but we are able to serve clients in the whole of Kent and indeed, further afield.
