Poor Customer Service and Abandoned Cases
Many reviewers have expressed extreme dissatisfaction with the firm's services, citing poor communication and abandonment of their cases. Selina Armstrong and Julie Steward both gave 1-star ratings, with Selina stating that after a helpful trainee solicitor left, David took over and totally neglected their case, providing no support or updates. Julie was also met with abrupt and unhelpful service, with the solicitor showing a lack of compassion and understanding.
