Established in 2017 by Tamsin Leeper and Jason Prosser, our team of skilled professionals aim to provide our clients with the highest level of service, professionalism, and sensitivity. We understand the importance of making our services accessible to everyone, which is why our offices at 40 High Street have ground floor meeting rooms with disabled access. We also have disabled toilets and parking spaces available, ensuring that everyone can easily reach us.

Our team consists of highly qualified and experienced professionals who are dedicated to providing the best possible service to our clients.

Tamsin Leeper, one of our Directors, is a qualified Solicitor with a specialisation in all aspects of private client practice. She has a particular interest in mental capacity issues and the sensitive area of care of the elderly, being a member of Solicitors for the Elderly and a fully accredited member of SFE. Tamsin is always ready to provide advice on Wills, Lasting and Enduring Powers of Attorney, Probate, estate administration, Trusts, and Inheritance Tax Planning. She also offers home visits for clients who are unable or unwilling to attend the office, often with no additional fee.

Cheryl Maynard, another Director, is a qualified Solicitor with a background in commercial law. She has extensive experience in commercial sales and purchases of land, offices, retail, and industrial units; leasehold matters including the grant of new leases, assignments, and business tenancy renewals. Cheryl works closely with her clients to provide sound practical legal advice and is highly regarded by them.

Ramin Haghighat, our Head of Residential Conveyancing Department, is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives. He has extensive experience in residential conveyancing, both freehold and leasehold, and is always happy to handle all your conveyancing queries.

Jill, our Office Manager, has over 50 years of experience working in solicitors' offices in Gloucestershire. She has mainly worked in the probate departments, doing a job she loves, and is delighted to be working with Tamsin again at Leeper Prosser. Jill is happy to give initial advice over the telephone in relation to all private client matters.
