Our History

Our firm was established by Glenn Chivers in October 2001 with the aim of meeting the need for a specialist and high-quality crime and road traffic practice in Bingley. Over the years, we have expanded our services to include a dedicated and specialist prison law team in Bingley and a family law department. In 2010, we opened a Durham office to specifically cover the North East of England area, thereby improving our nationwide coverage. Mr Marcus Farrar took over the firm on Glenn's retirement in 2019.
