Our History

VHS Fletchers was formed in 2008 by the merger of two long-established firms, bringing together related and complementary specialisms to create a firm capable of providing advice and representation throughout the Midlands and nationwide. Since then, the firm has continued to expand, employing 29 solicitors, including 8 solicitor advocates with rights of audience in the Crown Court, Court of Appeal, and Supreme Court.

Our Services

We provide a comprehensive service through the whole criminal process, from initial instructions at the police station through to the Crown Court and Court of Appeal. Our specialist motoring law solicitors are available to defend you at court or the police station in relation to road traffic offences. Should you receive a sentence of imprisonment, or already be serving one, our experienced solicitors and paralegals will be able to provide advice and representation in all aspects of prison law. Our firm boasts a specialist regulatory defence practice, with a track record of representing professionals who are being investigated by the police, professional, and other regulatory bodies. We will always investigate with you the most cost-effective way of funding your case, whether that be through legal aid, fixed fees, or carefully budgeted and planned private funding.

Our partners and lawyers provide a broad base of expertise, and as a team, we have expert knowledge across the full range of criminal litigation and related or similar matters. We have a commitment to make a difference in your case through exemplary client care, teamwork, integrity, and legal knowledge.
