I, Alexander McBurney, am the founder of Alexander McBurney Solicitors, having established the firm in 1997. I am a highly experienced employment lawyer with a keen interest in helping people when their employment rights have been infringed. Over the previous 18 years, I have appeared before employment tribunals throughout Scotland on a range of matters, as well as appearing before the employment appeal tribunal. I am a member of the Law Society of Scotland and Scottish Discrimination Lawyers Association.
