Our firm operates from two offices located in Rainham and Harold Wood, offering a broad spectrum of legal expertise. The commercial and landlord department is headed by Peter Sanders, who qualified in 1984 and became a partner in 1987. We handle a wide range of non-contentious commercial work, including planning and enforcement, industrial development, and freehold and leasehold acquisitions. We act for a number of large local companies in Essex as well as small businesses. We buy and sell private limited companies and manage the setting up and dissolution of partnerships.
