Gildeas is a Scottish law firm that specializes in personal injury claims. We have been providing expert legal services to clients throughout Scotland from our offices in Glasgow and Edinburgh since 1989. Our team of experienced solicitors and support staff is dedicated to providing a high level of service to every single one of our clients. Our History

Gildeas was founded by James Gildea in 1989, and since then, we have grown consistently, moving to new offices several times to accommodate our expansion. Today, we have around 60 people working together to provide exceptional legal services to our clients. Despite our growth, we remain committed to our core values of providing a high level of service to every single one of our clients.

Our Team

Our team of experienced solicitors and support staff works together to provide a comprehensive service to our clients. Our directors are Sanjeev Bali, Stephen Hay, Lindsay Hare, Colin Ferguson, and David McKee. Our legal department is led by Senior Associates Fergus Thomson and Emma Thomson, and our Senior Claims Manager is Danny Thomson. We also have a strong support team, including Business Operations Managers David Humphrey and Scott Morrison, and a dedicated Litigation Secretary in Edinburgh, Stacey Sneddon.
