We are Brion & Co Solicitors & Co Solicitors, a practice with more than thirty years of experience operating from Central London before relocating to Devon in 2022. Our core expertise lies in nonasylum immigration law, serving a client base predominantly from the Far East for decades. Since 1999 we have expanded our services to cover a wide variety of legal matters, including litigation, firearms licensing and appeals to the Crown Court. We currently restrict our work to matters that particularly interest us, such as fraud, forgery, tax evasion and related civil litigation, leveraging our status as a solicitor advocate with higher rights of audience. Our commitment to professional standards is demonstrated by offering fixed fee agreements wherever possible and requiring a written basis for charges before commencing any work. We charge hourly rates ranging from 200 to 650 per hour, calculated in sixminute units, with VAT added at 20%.

We hold client funds on account and only begin work after confirming the agreed basis of charge in writing. Our dedication to client satisfaction is reflected in our willingness to assist former clients and to provide tailored support within the limits of our current practice. We regret that, due to the long Home Office delays and the absence of staff, we are no longer able to accept new immigration applications or provide general immigration advice. We only respond to immigration enquiries from previous clients who supply their full name, date of birth and either our file reference or the approximate date of first instruction. Our office is open to the public by prior appointment and we communicate via email solely with existing clients.
