Housing
Our Housing and General Court Department has a team of solicitors and a paralegal with extensive experience in the field of housing, homelessness prevention, and general social welfare law.
Mental Health
Our Mental Health Legal Services provide specialist legal advice, assistance, and representation to individuals with mental health issues, their relatives, and carers.
Criminal Injuries
We can help individuals make claims for compensation for injuries suffered as a result of a crime.
Employment
Our Employment Law Department provides legal advice to individuals seeking to understand their rights at work and to make informed decisions about their employment.
Benefits
We can assist individuals in obtaining medical evidence to support their claims for benefits and in some cases, we can assist in appealing decisions made by benefit authorities.
Disability and Social Justice Project
We can provide assistance to disabled individuals on a wide range of legal issues and encourage anyone who thinks we might be able to help to get in touch.

As a registered CPD provider, we take a leading role in providing legal education through research, training, and publications on topical issues and underrepresented areas of information. We share learning and findings, building cross-sectoral knowledge and capacity.

Disappointing Experience
Some reviewers expressed extremely negative experiences with this agency. Cg, a disabled student, was bullied out of university and sought help but was met with aggressive behaviour, incorrect information, and a lack of respect from the agency. They were also ghosted despite correcting factual errors. Aqil Ahmad had a similar experience, noting that the agency charged high fees and staff were hostile and lacked empathy.
On the other hand, some reviewers had positive experiences. Christine Duffy, Moira Camerin, and Carol Houston gave the agency 5-star ratings, praising the "great service", "spit-on" swift assistance, and recommending the agency without hesitation.
However, not everyone was satisfied with their experience. Jodie Adfield felt that the agency was not very clean and the staff member she spoke with was not polite, earning a 2-star rating from her.
Unprofessional Behaviour
Unfortunately, some reviewers experienced unprofessional behaviour from the agency. Cg was subjected to aggressive phone calls, while Aqil Ahmad felt that the agency was dishonest and prioritized profit over clients' needs.
Recommendation
It is unclear whether this agency is capable of providing satisfactory services, given the stark differences in reviews. While some users had positive experiences, others were deeply dissatisfied with the agency's handling of their cases.
