Simon Brown
Simon Brown is the owner and sole partner of the firm. He is a highly experienced criminal solicitor who has been practicing law since 1997. He qualified as a Solicitor Advocate in 2006 and has a broad range of experience in criminal law. Simon is passionate about his work and is dedicated to providing the highest level of service to his clients.
Carol McCluskey
Carol McCluskey is a solicitor with a background in history and psychology. She joined the firm as a trainee solicitor in 2005 and has remained with the firm ever since. Carol deals with all aspects of family law, including divorce and cohabitation claims, financial provision, contact and residence cases, and children's referral proceedings. She is committed to providing a practical and sensitive approach to problem-solving.
Ryan Templeton
Ryan Templeton is a fully qualified solicitor who joined the firm's Conveyancing Department in 2022. He has extensive experience in conveyancing, including purchasing and selling residential properties, remortgaging, and dealing with commercial properties.
Elaine Weaver
Elaine Weaver is a Law Society of Scotland Accredited Paralegal who has been with the firm since 1990. She deals with conveyancing, wills, executries, powers of attorney, and guardianships. Elaine is also qualified and registered with the Society of Law Accountants in Scotland in respect of cashroom accounting, executries, and feeing.
Mrs Tracey Brown
Mrs Tracey Brown is a consultant with the firm, having retired as a partner in 2016. She continues to provide expert advice and guidance on family law matters, conveyancing, executries, and adults with incapacity. She also continues to act as an independent solicitor in the preparation of bar reports for the Family Court at Kilmarnock Sheriff Court and tutors in family law on the Diploma and Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow.
Samantha McGuire
Samantha McGuire is a trainee solicitor who joined the firm in June 2023. She graduated with an LLB degree from the University of Edinburgh in 2022 and went on to study at the University of Glasgow.
