Our Team

Our team is comprised of experienced and skilled solicitors, led by Managing Director Kate Perry. Kate has been practicing law since 2002 and has extensive experience in Will drafting, Probate and Estate Administration, Estate Planning, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and Deputyship Applications through the Court of Protection. She is known for her sympathetic yet professional and practical approach with her clients, particularly during emotionally difficult times.

Dominika Naderkiewicz, a solicitor who joined our team, brings her expertise in Family law from her native country of Poland. She now specializes in Probate and the administration of Estates, Will drafting, and the preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney. Her bilingual skills and experience make her a valuable asset to our team and our clients.

Lucy Richmond, our office manager, has a degree in Law and has been a vital part of our team since joining us in 2014. She has experience in various aspects of law and is always ready to assist our clients with their legal needs.

Barbara Herlihy, our receptionist and secretary, has been with us since 2010. She is the first point of contact for many of our clients and ensures that all clients are greeted warmly and directed to the relevant department or assisted with their inquiries.

Our Office

Our office is located in the beautiful Cotswold village of Broadway. We have moved to our new premises at Croft House, Childswickham Road, Broadway Worcs WR12 7HB as of the 1st November 2021. Our office is easily accessible, with ground floor offices, wheelchair access, light, bright meeting rooms, and ample parking immediately outside. Everything is designed to make your visit to us safe, easy, and comfortable.
