Negative Experiences
The review from Graeme Mackie highlights a disappointing experience with PH during an estate settlement. The author found it difficult to deal with PH, citing assumptions made about the executors' familiarity with Scottish law. The reviewer had to chase for updates multiple times and was disappointed with the lack of a detailed invoice upon completion.
