Support for Everyone in the Family Court
Our work centres on delivering Family Court support for parents and grandparents involved in private family law proceedings across England and Wales. Assistance is provided across a wide range of matters, including Child Arrangements Orders, disputes regarding child contact, CAFCASS safeguarding interviews, Section 7 reports, court applications, position statements, witness statements and preparation for hearings. We also assist with case planning and the organisation of documentation required throughout proceedings. The intention is to ensure litigants in person are able to manage their cases in a structured and informed manner, with particular emphasis placed on child welfare.
Our role is undertaken as a McKenzie Friend and Family Court Support Consultant, offering procedural guidance and assistance with documentation whilst not providing services reserved to solicitors. We are committed to helping individuals gain a clearer understanding of Family Court processes, develop well-prepared case materials and present their position effectively during hearings. Support extends to matters such as Child Arrangements Orders, contact disputes, CAFCASS and Section 7 matters, Family Court applications including C100 and C1A forms, position statements, witness statements, fact-finding hearings, divorce-related issues and general litigant in person support. Services are accessible nationwide through telephone consultations, Zoom sessions and document-based assistance.

Our Child Arrangements Order support is designed to help parents navigate family court matters with structure and confidence. We concentrate on preparation, organisation, and clear presentation so that your position can be understood by the court and Cafcass. Whether contact has become limited or disputes have arisen, we help you remain consistent, measured, and focused on the childs welfare.
Our divorce support service is designed to help parents navigate the process with confidence and clarity. Although the legal framework is established, the way matters are prepared and handled can affect how smoothly proceedings unfold. We assist you with a calm and methodical approach, reducing unnecessary conflict while maintaining a practical focus throughout.
Our financial remedy support is designed to assist with the preparation of key documents and the organisation of financial disclosure. Financial Remedy proceedings deal with the division of assets and liabilities after a divorce or civil partnership dissolution. Applications are often required when disputes arise over assets, pensions, property ownership or business interests. Financial claims can remain unresolved even after a divorce is finalised until a Financial Order is approved. We provide clear guidance to support effective preparation throughout the process.
We provide Cafcass support and Section 7 preparation for parents involved in family court proceedings. Cafcass involvement can feel overwhelming, especially in high conflict cases. We offer calm, structured guidance before and after contact with Cafcass. Our focus is helping parents understand the process, manage responses, and approach assessments in a steady, child focused way.
When family court matters become complex, preparation becomes increasingly important. We understand that such cases involve high emotion, conflict, and safeguarding concerns. Our approach focuses on calm structure, clarity, and a child-centred perspective. We assist parents in presenting their position clearly and appropriately. We remain neutral and prioritise the welfare of the child throughout. He helped me understand the court process much better and supported me in a professional and respectful way. I truly appreciated his dedication and the time he invested in helping me and my family.
I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing support in family court proceedings.
