Caddick Davies supported me with a recent Court appearance in respect of the possibility of a ban due to speeding. This would have seriously impacted on my family due to ill health and the difficulty of attending medical appointments etc. Caddick Davies made the whole process straightforward and provided an excellent Barrister who presented my case extremely well and managed to obtain a good outcome for which myself and my family are extremely grateful.

We contacted Caddick Davies on line when our Son was stopped for a Motoring Offence and then invited in for Interview under Caution, Neil's knowledge and understanding of the current legislation and the time he took to explain it all to us and our Son are second to none. We had a positive outcome which I do not think would have been possible without Neil. I have no hesitation in recommending Caddick Davies.

I would highly recommend Caddick Davies for Traffic Violation matters. My husband was stopped by the police for uninsured car offence in 2022. It was entirely my fault as I assumed that our car insurance was auto-renew as I believed that all insurance was auto-renew due to my previous experience with business insurance, and he had never doubted me when I said the car was insured. His status was a new driver back then, so 6 points penalty will result in license revocation if we dont do anything to save it.

To save him to do the process all over again, I looked up for a solicitor to help us solve this problem, and I found Caddick Davies has outstanding reviews online.

I called up and they were helpful from the start, listened to our story with care, and what I like about them was that they were very transparent from the start. If they say the case is winnable they will say it clearly, otherwise they will also say it will be difficult. With our case, we can definitely present Special Reason although we will never know the end outcome.

The case was adjourned for several times due to unavailability from the court, but we're finally done with the hearing just yesterday, and Special Reason was accepted without any driving ban, and it was presented as honest mistake on admin side by me and not my husband's fault. Mr James Findon, our barrister, was very helpful, knowledgeable and very understanding with our situation. He persuaded the judges with our evidence that its merely an honest admin mistake.

Dealing with Niamh in their office was also a pleasure as she was very detailed in explaining every detail and making sure everything is in order before the hearing date.

All in all, my experience with Caddick Davies is 5 out of 5 stars, I would give more if I can! Thank you for saving my husband's license from revocation and driving ban :)

Due to an unfortunate incident involving a drink driving allegation, I found myself in a difficult situation. I was stopped by a plain-clothed police officer late at night as I was driving safely out of a car park. There was no accident, no erratic driving, nothing dangerous. Good morning google. I have had a silly brush with the DVLA. This has been going on for 12 months and now i wish to emigrate abroad, the question was whether or not this would affect my immigration to another country.

Long tale short: I had sorn'd a classic car. Car was not used for 12 months. Driveway developed a leak. Car needed to be removed to access leak. Moved to road (4 footsteps away from end of driveway) for the repair to happen. After repair told not to walk on this or park car on it for five days.

Live in a very quiet street. Cul-de-sac surrounded by 3 golf courses and woodlands.

Sticker placed on car so say untaxed vehicle. Got a court summons, pleaded guilty as i am an inner city doctor, and too busy to mess with the court systems.

A simply polite email, with reassurance was sent to me.

If i needed further direction I was told to seek the advice of a immigration lawyer.

No money was charged, which really was something in this day and age. Lawyers have a poor money grabbing reputation, but to find a group who can send an email to reassure someone with no charge is something that really puts faith back in the system.

I am a doctor as mentioned and have worked internationally. People are shocked we have a health care system that doe not rely on money. I am shocked they are shocked.

I treat whomever i can, wherever i can, whenever i can. Yes i need to earn a salary (am not from a rich family), but sometimes we need to be human before seeking every penny.

Sometimes good reputation and good karma will work much better than earning scraps here and there.
