Noel Lee is a freelance qualified solicitor with over 24 years of experience. She is a Qualified Solicitor of both England & Wales and Hong Kong, admitted in September 1997 and May 1998 respectively. With over 25 years post qualification experience and knowledge practising in a wide range of practice areas, Noel's skill and expertise are highly sought-after. Known for her unique solutions to complex issues, Noel is adept at applying innovative thinking to legal problems. She has extensive experience dealing one-on-one with clients to resolve their issues, explaining the legal angle in an understandable way.

In addition to her legal experience, she is also a qualified banker with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry, particularly in interbank lending, loan syndication, capital markets, emerging markets, L/Cs and debt recovery and accounting. About Me

I have practised as a solicitor since 1997. I am a UK Law Society member and a solicitor of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong. I am a freelance solicitor registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority ("SRA") to provide non-reserved and reserved legal services, as defined by the Legal Services Act 2007. I have over 25 years post qualification experience in many areas of law with specialisms in business and contract law, company, corporate and commercial law, employment and immigration, family law and wills and probate. I am also a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers ("ACIB") with over 10 years of banking experience in Corporate Finance, Syndication Loans, Forex, Emerging Markets, Credit Documentation and Bad Debt Recovery. I worked for many banks including Lloyds Bank plc, Morgan Grenfell and Deutsche Bank.

Complaint Policy

All solicitors are regulated by SRA and I am no different save that I do not require to be authorised to practise as a freelance solicitor. Nonetheless, I take any complaint very seriously. The way I deal with your complaint is that all complaints are handled internally. Please contact me in the first instance and the matter will be investigated and responded to expeditiously. I aim to deal with any complaints promptly, fairly, openly, and effectively. If I am unable to resolve the matter, you may complaint to the Legal Ombudsman for the services at at www.legalombudsman.org.uk or the SRA.
