Communication Issues
The majority of reviewers expressed dissatisfaction with the communication from the law firm. Carol Ferguson was "very unimpressed" with the lack of communication, which she found to be "unhelpful and uncaring". Similarly, Charlene Kennedy had trouble getting in touch with her lawyer, despite it being an urgent matter regarding access to her 2-year-old daughter.
