Our Team

Our team of experienced solicitors is led by Eugene Esterkin, who qualified as a solicitor in 1983 and has been a key figure in the development of Bootes. Eugene has a broad practice that includes mortgage and finance company-based work, as well as commercial litigation. He is a founder director of the Association of Short Term Lenders.

Gary Lederberg, who qualified as a solicitor in 1996, heads Bootes' Litigation Department. Gary specialises in finance and property litigation, including professional negligence. He has extensive experience in trials, injunctions, search & seizure hearings, costs applications, and Court of Appeal cases.

James Green, who qualified as a solicitor in 2004, has a diverse practice that includes finance and property litigation, as well as property finance and property work. James has experience in handling a wide range of legal issues and is dedicated to providing his clients with expert advice and representation.
