Similarly, Emperor Palpatine had a terrible experience with the solicitors, describing them as "terrible" and "disgraceful". They felt that the solicitors were only interested in making money and were not concerned with providing good service. Fra P. also had a poor experience, describing the solicitor as having "no respect, no help, no contact, no information" and implying that the service was "absolutely bad".
