Fixed Fees
At Rootes & Alliott, we appreciate that every client has unique needs. Consequently, we offer flexible pricing options, including fixed fees and hourly charge rates. For instance, for probate services, we provide fixed fees for obtaining grants of probate, with a range of fees between 960 and 1,800, including VAT.
Disbursements
As part of our probate services, we also handle disbursements on your behalf. These may include court fees, land registry fees, and other costs related to your matter. We work diligently to ensure a smoother process and minimize any inconvenience to you.
