• Commissioner for Oaths: We are authorised to verify legal documents and/or affidavits, ensuring the authenticity of court evidence.

Our Processes

At Kapasi Legal Ltd, we understand that each transaction is unique and requires a tailored approach. Our team is dedicated to managing the entire process on your behalf, ensuring that your transaction is dealt with smoothly and efficiently.

• Purchase of Property: We ensure that you acquire a good marketable property free from any adverse interests and onerous obligations or restrictions.
• Remortgage: We handle the redemption of the lending of your current lender, registering your new lender's mortgage at the Land Registry, and sending a copy of the title deeds to you.
• Selling a Property: We obtain the title deeds from yourself or your lender, preparing and submitting a draft contract to the buyer's solicitors, and exchanging contracts and agreeing a completion date for the sale of the property.
• Transferring a Property: We obtain copies of the title deeds for your property, arranging for the transfer of the property into your name(s), and sending the transfer deed to the transferors' solicitors for approval.

• Selling a freehold property: 8-10 weeks
• Purchasing a leasehold property: 10-12 weeks
• Selling a leasehold property: 10-12 weeks
• Purchasing a property in a chain: 8-52 weeks
